Not from a textbook and not as a spectator.<\/p>\n<div class=\"ml-grid c2\" style=\"margin-top:48px;\">\n<div>\n<h3>16 months of process work inside a running construction business<\/h3>\n<p>At a scaffolding company in north-west Germany I spent 16 months working on site logistics, assembly processes and digital planning &ndash; in live operations, not in a project bubble. The company stays anonymous publicly.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h3>Teardown time halved<\/h3>\n<p>At the IMS 2026 trade fair teardown, the time needed came down from 20 hours to 10 against the previous year &ndash; through better qualification rather than more people.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h3>Watched first, then changed<\/h3>\n<p>In production at a Hamburg medical technology company, output rose in the same amount of time: more per shift, without extra staff and without longer hours, achieved through clearer processes and qualification.
